1. Services Offered

VoiceCraft Studio provides vocal coaching, singing lessons, online resources, and other related services. Services may be delivered in person or online, depending on the client’s location and preference.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Lessons must be booked in advance through our website or via approved scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly).

  • Payment is required before the session, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full.

  • No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of lesson credit or refusal of future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are generally not provided for completed lessons.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your first lesson, please contact us to discuss the issue — we are committed to helping every student succeed and grow.

5. Client Conduct

  • Please arrive (or log in) on time and prepared for your lesson.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, audio recordings, downloads, and content on this site are the intellectual property of VoiceCraft Studio and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to offer the highest-quality instruction and guidance, VoiceCraft Studio is not liable for vocal injury or dissatisfaction with results. Progress depends on consistent practice, individual ability, and external factors.

8. Website Use

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the content or attempt to access secured areas

  • Post spam, offensive, or illegal content

  • Violate the rights of VoiceCraft Studio or others
